"And they (the Gods) comprehended the light, for it was bright; and they divided the light, or caused it to be divided, from the darkness."
I think this verse (and the rest of the chapter, actually) is very interesting in that it refers to "Gods" not "God" creating the Earth, etc. This post was more of a thought than a question. What do you think about this? I had always been under the impression that Christ created the Earth.
The purpose of this blog is to more easily facilitate gospel discussions and help all those who participate become more diligent in studying their scriptures. The way this works is that a question or thought will be posted every Sunday and will be the topic of discussion for that week. We invite all those who are interested to please share your thoughts. However, postings must include credible sources (scripture references, Ensign, Mormon Doctrine, etc) in order to be posted, and must be tagged with the appropriate labels. Aubrey is in charge of moderating all comments-they will not be posted until she approves them.

If you look at verse 23 it talks about "Many of the noble and great ones" And that Abraham was considered one of them. I have always been under the impression that Christ had delegated some responsibility to those "great" ones. I went to the temple with my parents last thurs and i took this post in my mind to see if I could find any more information. If you go with these questions in mind, I promise that you will FEEL that there were more who helped aid in the creation. Well.. thats just a thought.. LOVE YOU! Ps this is Bree.. I didn't want to log in.. i'm lazy.
